Business Development Manager for NDI²

Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance media buying (Gambling vertical required)
- Proven experience with paid traffic sources, especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience in closing strategic deals with gambling brands
- Understanding of traffic types, their sources, and effectiveness
- Experience with various geos, especially EU
- Familiarity with CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Agency pricing models
- Experience on both affiliate and brand/operator sides is a strong plus
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Accountable, proactive, communicative
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and onboard new advertisers and brands
- Analyze competitors (sites, keywords, etc.) and suggest actions to stay competitive
- Negotiate beneficial deals and build lasting relationships
- Prepare and present strategic reports to stakeholders
- Launch initiatives to increase traffic and ROI
- Optimize current partnerships continuously
- Analyze traffic quality for partnership improvement
- Develop and negotiate contracts and align them with business operations
