The company is growing rapidly — we're actively expanding our traffic sources, funnels, and verticals. That’s why we’re currently looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and strengthen our hiring strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on Non-Tech and Marketing roles
• Build and optimize recruitment processes across the company
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates effectively
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on hiring goals
• Track and report recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress
• Select and implement an appropriate ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline hiring

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements in marketing positions;
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and global hiring processes;
• Excellent usage of all necessary recruitment tools and approaches;
• Deep understanding of the Affiliate marketing / Arbitrage industry.
