We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account & Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing CTV and mobile publishers while optimizing their monetization efforts. You will play a significant role in our professional team, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and fostering strong relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across tech platforms, ensuring performance goals are met
• Working with multiple ad servers and multiple SSPs
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with CTV and mobile publishers, helping them maximize revenue opportunities
• Act as the main point of contact for publishers, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven optimization recommendations
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the team to enhance internal processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in supply and demand management within the CTV and mobile advertising space.
• Strong technical skills related to managing campaigns over tech platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills for presenting to partners
