We are seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused individual who is eager to grow in the field of account management. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with clients while effectively handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- 1+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in an Account Management role
- Communicating with clients via email, Skype, and Telegram to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide updates on services
- Client support: assisting in account management, resolving issues, and providing consultations on the company’s products
- Maintaining client documentation: recording all interactions, agreements, and feedback in a CRM system (Jira)
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics: monitoring progress toward financial goals
- Conducting basic market research to identify new trends and competitor activities
What we expect:
- Confidence in working with clients and a focus on meeting their needs
- Ability to effectively organize your work, maintain accuracy in documentation, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Quick learning skills, ability to analyze information, and work with data
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (Jira or equivalents)
- English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and communication with clients (B2+)

- Hybrid or Remote work model: Offices in Warsaw city
- 7 hour working day 10:00AM — 6:00 PM (with the lunch break)
