Sales Manager for Conversion Club

A Sales Manager wanted to join Conversion Club, an affiliate event agency. In this individual contributor role, you will manage the day-to-day sales activities, including client outreach, sales calls/chats, CRM management, products/events presentations, etc.
You will work closely with the team to develop and implement sales plans that support the company’s growth objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key sales metrics to help optimize performance.
In this position, the ability to travel abroad for international conferences is essential.
Tasks:
- Contacting new and existing clients (CPA networks or Advertisers) via chat and email daily;
- Identifying sales opportunities and providing clients' businesses with the best solution for their goals;
- Presenting the agency's services and products;
- Preparation of online advertising strategies based on the client's needs;
- Participation in conferences to attract new partners and improve the brand image;
- Attracting new partners and conducting negotiations with them;
- Analysis of competitors and trends in the field of partner marketing;
- Assessing customers' needs.
Skills and experience:
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Excellent understanding of how the sales funnel looks like;
- Experience in selling online products or services in European markets;
- Proficiency in sales tools like CRM, outreach platforms, engagement trackers, etc.
- Ability to multitask and high resistance to stress
- High analytical skills and ability to work with a large amount of data;
- Online marketing, CPA network experience would be an asset.
We will offer:
- Fixed salary of $1000 + commission after passing the probationary period.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
