We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, planning, and compliance functions of ClickDealer. 

As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO and department heads to align financial strategy with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, Finance Director);
• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce;
• Strong knowledge of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and cost optimization;
• Expertise in IFRS/GAAP, tax planning, and compliance;
• Proficiency in financial modeling, BI tools, and automation systems;
• Experience with international transactions and payment processing;
• Strong decision-making and risk-management skills;
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Risk Management
   - Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and growth;
   - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and P&L performance;
   - Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies;
   - Optimize capital allocation to support scalability and investment opportunities;
   
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
   - Establish transparent financial reporting systems for data-driven decision-making;
   - Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and international accounting standards;
   - Work closely with auditors, regulators, and legal teams to maintain financial integrity;
   
3. Business Growth & Investment Strategy
   - Support M&A, fundraising, and partnership opportunities;
   - Align financial strategy with global expansion and market entry plans;
   - Work with the leadership team to scale operations and drive long-term value;
   
4. Tax & Regulatory Strategy
   - Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for international transactions;
   - Ensure compliance with local and global tax laws;
   Optimize cross-border financial operations and revenue flow;
   
5. Cost Optimization & Profitability
   - Analyze operating costs and identify areas for improvement without sacrificing growth;
   - Develop and refine commission models, payout structures, and media buying strategies;
   - Ensure financial efficiency in affiliate payouts and revenue share agreements.
