We are currently seeking a Head of Affiliate  to build the department and set up all the processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing a scalable Affiliate Program in alignment with company objectives
• Construct the Affiliate department from the ground up
• Recruit the team with the assistance of the HR department
• Implement all necessary tools and software to optimize workflow efficiency
• Recruit affiliates to enhance traffic acquisition
• Analyze traffic quality
• Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and pertinent metrics
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the affiliate program remains competitive and effective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
• Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear objectives and expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in the affiliate industry, minimum 3 years with iGaming 
• B2 level of English
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies
• Team management skills at a high level 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Own partners database in the determined industry 
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
