The tasks:

• Developing and implementing strategic goals, including vision and company development strategies.
• Ensuring the successful development and profitability of products.
• Managing operational activities and overseeing the team’s effective work.
• Controlling financial indicators and planning for future growth.
• Assembling and managing a high-performing team to achieve company objectives.
• Expanding the company’s market share in existing regions and entering new ones.
• Overseeing daily company operations and the work of executives across various departments, such as IT, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, Sales, Finance, HR, PR, and others.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and providing regular reporting.
• Leveraging the established network within the iGaming industry to foster partnerships and enhance growth.

Your background:

• 3+ years in a CEO/COO/CPO position in iGaming;
• Amazing track record in launching businesses and reaching commercial goals;
• All the necessary hard skills for the CEO role;
• High level of analytical thinking, ownership and communication skills.
