Your Role:
As our Head of Sales, you will drive our sales strategies to new heights, ensuring we not only meet but also exceed our sales volume and profit targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and managing our dynamic sales team, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and partners will be central to your success as you analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new growth opportunities. Your expertise will shape and implement effective sales processes, optimizing our client portfolio management to propel ClickDealer to even greater success.
You have:
- 4+ years of experience in the affiliate industry;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Readiness to work in a highly dynamic environment with rapid industry changes;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, technologies, and best practices;
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making;
- A strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations and targets; you need to be innovative and strategic.
