Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CEO to lead the development of iGaming internationally. The key tasks will be to build and strengthen the global brand, expand the project portfolio, strategically optimize processes, and ensure the company's steady growth in new markets. You will provide end-to-end business management, from leading cross-functional teams to regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a global development strategy: Creating a strategic vision to scale brands and enter new markets, ensuring long-term competitive advantage.

• Management of operations and business performance: Optimising processes, implementing performance standards and continuously improving the efficiency of all business processes.
• Leadership in the formation of multinational teams: Managing operations in different countries, developing international teams, ensuring coordination between departments and motivating them to achieve the company's goals.
• Strategic project portfolio management: Identifying, prioritizing and overseeing key projects that will contribute to the achievement of strategic goals, and evaluating them to ensure maximum impact.
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships: Developing and strengthening cooperation with regulators, suppliers and strategic partners to ensure the company's sustainable development.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory standards, especially in terms of responsible gaming and industry regulations.
• Continuous product and process improvement: Leading product updates and operations optimization, including managing BPM, CRM and other key business systems.
• Developing an innovative culture: Embedding a culture of innovation and adaptability to respond quickly to changes in the dynamic iGaming industry.

Requirements:

• Experience at the CEO, COO or CPO level in iGaming or related industries, focusing on international operations.
• Expertise in project and process management, including knowledge of Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFE, LESS methodologies.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and achieve results in a multifunctional environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of responsible gaming and compliance in different markets.
• Experience in optimizing operations, and developing business processes, including the implementation of modern technologies to meet business goals.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking, result orientation and decision-making.
• High level of communication skills to conduct international negotiations and reach agreements.
• Advanced English, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

Will be an advantage:

• Certifications in project management (PMP, MBA) and/or courses in operations management.
• Experience with various business systems (BPM, CRM, CMS, DMS).
• University degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Experience in setting up a PMO or implementing international project management practices.
