Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Head of VIP or similar role;
• Experience in gambling with a VIP segment, preferably from Tier 1 countries;
• Experience with Livechat and Helpdesk;
• Strong understanding of player motivation and behavior, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies;
• Analytical skills to assess player data and identify trends for improved engagement;
• Ability to effectively sell the brand to players, enhancing their loyalty and connection to the company;
• Experience in creating personalized offers for players, ensuring that VIPs receive tailored experiences;
• Experience in implementing and managing bonus programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Quality assurance (QA) experience for VIP team processes, ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
• English form B2+;

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the VIP player management process to ensure efficient and effective operations within the VIP segment;
• Achieve financial targets related to VIP player management, ensuring profitability and growth within the high-value player segment;
• Lead and mentor the VIP team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to meet business goals;
• Develop and execute the VIP bonus program;
• Analyze player behavior and trends to identify opportunities for personalized engagement and enhanced service;
