We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with expertise in .NET and Vue.js. Familiarity with Quasar is a plus. The role will focus on developing and enhancing our IDEX software product line, which supports well intervention and completion engineering. As part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to shape the product direction and deliver features that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications using Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET.
• Implement scalable and performant solutions, adhering to best practices and development standards.
• Collaborate with teams across Android, iOS, and Ionic Capacitor/Cordova.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in .NET, Vue.js, evaluating new tools for potential adoption.
• Drive innovation in development processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, code quality, and developer productivity.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues in applications.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement within the development team.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in .NET and Vue.js, contributing to technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in .NET and Vue.js development, with a solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript.
• Experience building scalable, performant applications using components and APIs.
• Familiarity with mobile app development tools, debugging techniques, and third-party library integration.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to innovate and explore new tools and methodologies to optimize development workflows and app performance.
• Proactive in identifying performance issues and implementing solutions for optimal app performance.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in development
• Experience with Quasar is a plus.
